Mr. Rand received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours Economics) from McGill University, a law degree from Dalhousie University, a Master of Laws degree in international law from the London School of Economics and a Doctor of Laws honoris causa from Dalhousie University. Mr. Rand practiced securities law in Vancouver, British Columbia, for nearly 25 years before retiring in October 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Capital Corp., an investment/banking, venture capital company.

Mr. Lundin has many years of experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background includes oil & gas and mining technology, investment advisory, international finance, and executive management. He began his career working for several Lundin Group mining companies in various countries before moving into finance where he specialized in institutional equity sales, ultimately becoming co-head of the London office for an international securities firm.

Mr. Lundin is the former President, CEO and a Director of Josemaria Resources Inc. He now serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lundin Mining Corporation and Filo Corp. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lucara Diamond Corp. and the Lundin Foundation. Mr. Lundin studied Mining Technology and Marketing Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Bitelli is a Chartered Professional Accountant of British Columbia with over 40 years of experience in the resource industry and finance. He is a director of Montage Gold Corp. (since June 2021) and Group Eleven Resources Inc. (since December 2017) and was a member of the senior management team of various Lundin Group companies from 2007 to 2023. He was the CFO of Lundin Gold Inc., a gold mining company, from 2016 until his retirement in 2023 and was previously CFO of Orca Gold Inc. from 2011-2016, a gold exploration company. Prior to that, from 2007-2010, Mr. Bitelli served as CFO for Red Back Mining Inc., a gold mining company with two African operations that was acquired by Kinross for $9.2 billion in 2010.

Mr. O’Brien is a consulting economic geologist and former mining executive with three decades of industry service including Board of Director roles in public and private mineral exploration companies. Mr. O’Brien has international experience on five continents in all stages of mineral exploration and development of economic mineral resource projects, mining project evaluation and strategic corporate development activities. He retired in 2018 from Lundin Mining Corporation as Senior Vice President, Exploration & New Business Development. Mr. O’Brien also provides consulting services and is non-executive director of other public companies.
