Dr. Wodzicki holds a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and brings over 30 years of international experience in mineral exploration and corporate leadership. Dr. Wodzicki has led successful exploration teams worldwide, managing large‑scale projects from the generative stage through to engineering studies.

Teams led by Dr. Wodzicki are responsible for several significant discoveries, including Los Helados, Josemaría, Filo del Sol, El Limón-Guajes, and NGEx Minerals’ Lunahuasi deposit. Dr. Wodzicki is the recipient of the 2024 PDAC Thayer Lindsley Award for International Mineral Discovery, recognizing the Lundin Group Vicuña Exploration Team’s discovery of the Vicuña copper‑gold‑silver district in Argentina and Chile.

Since joining the Lundin Group in 2007, he has served as CEO of Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.), Filo Corp., and Sanu Resources Ltd., and as a director of several public companies. He was responsible for the spinout of NGEx Minerals and Filo Corp. from Josemaria Resources, as well as the spinout of LunR Royalties Corp., which holds royalty interests on NGEx Minerals’ projects. Dr. Wodzicki is a former director of Filo Corp. acquired by BHP/Lundin Mining for $4.5 billion and Josemaria Resources acquired in 2022 for $625 million.

Dr. Wodzicki currently serves as a director of Fireweed Metals Corp. and LunR Royalties Corp.

Mr. Carmichael joined NGEx Minerals’ predecessor company, Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.), from the UK office of Lundin Mining Corporation, where he was General Manager, Resource Exploration with oversight of all near-mine and resource definition exploration activities. Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Mr. Carmichael acted as Vice President, Exploration for EuroZinc Mining Corporation and held executive positions and directorships for several other Canadian exploration companies operating internationally. He has also been a director and first Vice President of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC) and sat on the technical committee for Geoscience BC. Mr. Carmichael was also formerly VP Exploration for Filo Corp.

Mr. Carmichael is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has 23 years of experience in public company management and international mineral exploration.

Mr. Flynn joined the Lundin Group in 2022 as Principal Resource Geologist, responsible for data management, geological modeling and resource estimation for both NGEx Minerals and Filo Corp. Prior to joining the group, he worked as an independent consultant, serving as a Qualified Person in public resource disclosures for GT Gold and FPX Nickel as well as consulting on narrow vein gold, porphyry copper and iron ore projects independently and as an associate with SLR Consulting. Mr. Flynn brings 15 years of experience in technical leadership, including seven years in management with Goldcorp and five years at operating mines with Teck Resources. He has delivered significant value within the Lundin Group, modeling and estimating the Filo del Sol deposit, the Los Helados deposit and will continue to direct the 3D geological modeling, resource estimation, and related workflows that underpin NGEx’s exploration strategy and technical disclosure. He works closely with the exploration team and external Qualified Persons to advance the Lunahuasi copper‑gold‑silver project in San Juan, Argentina.

Mr. Flynn is a registered Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia, holds an honours degree in Geology and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and a Citation in Geostatistics from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Brettschneider previously served as Vice President Operations and Projects at Filo Corp. and Vice President, Projects and Technical Services at Josemaria Resources Inc. He has 30 years of international mining, project development and consulting experience. Prior to joining the Lundin Group of Companies in 2019, Mr. Brettschneider was Vice President of mining consulting businesses at two global engineering companies. His experience includes six years working on the development of the Vicuña district, 10 years leading large multinational teams delivering engineering studies and consulting services to clients worldwide, as well as 13 years on-site project development and operations roles in various gold and copper operations in Australia and in Peru. Mr. Brettschneider holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and an MBA from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Heppenstall joined NGEx Minerals as Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations in October 2024. Prior to joining NGEx, he held the position of Director, Investor Relations & Corporate Development at Lundin Gold Inc. Mr. Heppenstall has over 10 years of experience in capital markets and the natural resource industry. He began his career working across various roles within the mining sector in Chile and Australia, later transitioning into finance where he specialized in equity research and institutional equity sales at an international securities firm. Mr. Heppenstall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Newcastle University and a Master of Science degree in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London.

Mr. Rode serves as the General Manager, South America for NGEx Minerals. Mr. Rode is a Geologist focused on South American Andean projects, and has been working in the Vicuña District for over twenty years. He was an integral part of the Josemaria, Los Helados and Filo del Sol discoveries, as well as the most recent Lunahuasi discovery made by NGEx Minerals. Mr. Rode has previously held different positions within the Lundin Group’s operations in South America, particularly in Chile and Argentina, including Regional Manager, Exploration Manager, Operation Manager and Executive Director.

Ms. McCall is a senior corporate governance and securities professional with more than 18 years’ experience supporting publicly traded natural resource companies. She brings extensive experience in securities compliance, corporate financings, and board and committee governance, and has played a key role supporting companies in the facilitation of corporate transactions and restructuring activities. Ms. McCall most recently served as the Corporate Secretary of Filo Corp. prior to its C$4.5 billion joint acquisition by BHP and Lundin Mining Corporation, and she also serves as the Corporate Secretary of LunR Royalties Corp. Ms. McCall has been an active member of the Governance Professionals of Canada since 2014.
